What is a Pre-Order?
A preorder means that this mug is currently in production at our studio. The estimated ship date is our educated guess as to when your order will ship from our studio.
Every mug is hand-made by our small (but mighty) studio team in batches. We ask that you allow a 3 business day window on either side of the estimated ship date to account for any unforeseen circumstances that can arise in small batch production. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Something came up! Can I cancel my order?
A pre-order means that this mug is currently in production at our studio. If your order hasn’t shipped and is not marked as a special order or final sale, contact us and we will see what we can do!
All custom orders and Seconds are final sale and can not be cancelled, returned, or edited.
What if I need to change the shipping address?

I'm local! Can I pick up my mug(s)?
Yes! Pre-Orders pickups are available starting November 1st-21st.
