Allow 4-5 days for shipments to leave our fulfillment center once your order has been placed, excluding weekend and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation number. If you don't receive an email confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us immediately at

Lolly Lolly is not responsible for shipments that arrive to the incorrect address. If a shipment is sent back to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the product. If a shipment is lost or stolen from our customer's property, we will not claim responsibility. All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please order your product in advance to ensure your shipment arrives on time

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the US that are over $100. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time Lolly Lolly Ceramics does not offer international shipping. As we continue to grow, we will reevaluate our capabilities to fulfill shipments to different parts of the world.


At Lolly Lolly Ceramics, we care greatly for the wellbeing of our planet. We consider sustainability in all facets of our business from energy consumed in the studio to transportation and materials used for shipping. As we continue to grow, we are committed to constantly improving our sustainability practices and awareness of our impact on the environment.

All packaging materials are recyclable or compostable and designated as such. We take a lot of pride in our unpacking experience, but we don't sacrifice sustainability to achieve beautiful design.


Though we are confident in our packing techniques and materials, accidents are bound to happen. Any items that arrive broken are eligible for a return or exchange. Send a photo of your broken item along with your order number and we'll work with you on your preferred resolution.
