SHIPPING

Shipping for orders is $10 for purchases under $200. Anything over $200 is free. All orders are shipped through UPS Ground or USPS Ground.

Our team works hard to ship all in-stock items within 2-3 business days, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise noted for specific items (such as Pre-Orders). Every mug is hand-made by our small (but mighty) studio team in batches. We ask that you allow a 3 business day window on either side of the estimated ship date to account for any unforeseen circumstances that can arise in small batch production. RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All Bulk, Customs, Seconds, and Sale items are final.

We happily accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 15 days of purchase. Email us at hello@lollylollyceramics.com to initiate your return or exchange. Include the reason for your return in the email for our records. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and responsible packaging of pieces. Please include the original invoice in your return shipment.

Once your return is received, we will issue a refund in the original payment method that was used to purchase the piece. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process. We reserve the right to not accept any items that don't meet the standards of our return policy.
