Shipping & Returns
Orders will start shipping from November 1st to November 21st, arriving just in time for the Holidays!
Please note that all Pre-Order cancellations or changes must be made by October 31st. If your order hasn’t shipped and is not marked as a special order or final sale, contact us and we will see what we can do!
Shipping for orders is $10 for purchases under $200. Anything over $200 is free. All orders are shipped through UPS Ground or USPS Ground.
Our team works hard to ship all in-stock items within 2-3 business days, Monday to Friday. Every mug is hand-made by our small (but mighty) studio team in batches. We ask that you allow a 3 business day window on either side of the estimated ship date to account for any unforeseen circumstances that can arise in small batch production. Thank you in advance for your understanding
All Bulk, Customs, Seconds, and Sale items are final.
We happily accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 15 days of purchase. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return or exchange. Include the reason for your return in the email for our records. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and responsible packaging of pieces. Please include the original invoice in your return shipment.
Once your return is received, we will issue a refund in the original payment method that was used to purchase the piece. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process. We reserve the right to not accept any items that don't meet the standards of our return policy.
